Khalil is CEO and founder of KH Global Tax Advisory, a boutique firm specializing in business tax law and international investment. With extensive experience in taxation, consulting, and teaching, he began his career in 1991 at the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI). Within the Tax Audit Department, he held several key positions, including Divisional Inspector at the National Tax Audit Brigade in Rabat and Head of the Regional Unit for Comprehensive Tax Audits. This experience enabled him to develop deep expertise in Moroccan taxation and tax policy.

In 2005, Khalil founded KH Global Tax Advisory, offering high-level, tailored tax advisory services in compliance, litigation, and tax strategy. The firm stands out for its strong expertise in both Moroccan and international taxation, providing strategic advisory services to national and international companies. Under his leadership, KH Global Tax Advisory has become a key player in tax consulting in Morocco, delivering customized solutions and maintaining continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments.

In 2013, Khalil also became an Associate Professor at ISCAE Casablanca, where he shares his experience and expertise by teaching courses in taxation and business law.

Holder of a PhD in Private Law from the University of Grenoble and a postgraduate degree in Economics, Khalil combines dual expertise in economics and tax law. His doctoral thesis, defended in 2011 and focused on “Taxpayer Guarantees within the Framework of Tax Audits in Moroccan Law,” reflects his commitment to a fair and rigorous tax system.
